Style Guides

Do I have to schedule a video call or block out time on my calendar?

Nope! No zoom calls, no specific time commitment from you.

You'll get a questionnaire and some homework sent to you to complete at your convenience before we get started, and you can tell us a date you'd like to receive your looks. We suggest being ready to shop on the evening you receive your looks (or in the next couple days) as things can sometimes sell out quickly in size ranges depending on the brand and time of year (hello, major sales. we love you)

Do you actually personalize every single outfit?

YES! Our stylists create your style guide from scratch every time. We don't reuse looks -- every outfit is built just for you based on your budget, preferences, body, and lifestyle.

Do you work with all sizes? Genders?

Yes, yes and YES!

Whether you're a size 00 or a size 24, 4'11 or 6'3, our industry-experienced stylists have worked with every shape, size and person imaginable. (Guys, that means you too!)

What's the average cost of each piece you pull? Do you only pull certain brands?

It's allllll up to you!

Depending on your budget and preferences, we'll pull anything from fast fashion to indie brands to designer pieces. Into more sustainable options as well? We've got you covered. The only thing we DON'T specialize in right now is an entire style guide of second-hand pieces (*crying emoji*)

Do you work with international clients?

Yes we do! If you’re in the U.K., Canada, Australia, or almost anywhere else in Europe we’ve got you. Our stylists pull a mix of your own brands and international ones that ship with no duties.

Can I give this as a gift? How does that work?

YES! We love styling our clients' friends, partners, family members, and loved ones.

The best way to gift a Fashivly Style Guide is to buy a gift card.

Your can email the gift card to yourself or deliver it directly to your recipient's inbox. They can use their gift card to reserve a delivery date and fill out the style questionnaire at their leisure.

If I've worked with you before, do I have to fill out the questionnaire again?

It's up to you!

If you want to give us fresh answers, you CAN fill out the questionnaire again.

If your answers from last season still apply, just email hello@fashivly.com to tell us you'd like us to refer to your prior questionnaire. Please also let us know what you're shopping for this season and send us any fresh inspo you've gathered!

Delivery

How will my style guide arrive?

Via email!

Keep an eye on your inbox — your stylist will email you a link to your digital lookbook of personalized, accessorized outfits.

What are your processing times?

Processing times vary based on demand and availability. Usually, we can create your looks within two weeks.

Our shortest turnaround time is one week.

During busy seasons, we tend to book out ~ a month in advance.

Will I receive a box of clothes in the mail?

No. We do not sell physical products and will not ship you anything in the mail.

While your digital style guide includes recommendations of pieces chosen for you by a professional stylist, there is zero pressure to buy anything we link to in your style guide.

My order says it was fulfilled, but my looks aren't in my inbox. What now?

First, check your spam folder!

If it's still not there, email hello@fashivly.com and we'll resend your style guide.

What if my style guide doesn't feel like me?

We want you to feel SEEN, not underwhelmed!

If you don’t feel like your stylist understood your personal style in the looks they created for you, we can either refund your order or redo your looks with a different stylist.

While we usually get it right the first time, a fresh set of eyes with clarified feedback from you can help us capture your individual vibe in a redo.

Contact us to tell us about your situation and let us know which path you'd prefer.

I got my style guide but a recommended piece is sold out in my size. What now?

During busy shopping seasons, pieces can sell out quickly, which could result in a sellout by the time you shop. We always check that everything's available for purchase before sending out your style guide, but sellouts do happen!

If you need a swap for something that's sold out, just reply directly to your stylist with a request for a replacement. We'll find a similar piece that fits your budget, body, and preferences!

What is your refund policy?

If you're unhappy with your style guide and don't want a complimentary redo, email hello@fashivly.com. We will refund your order.
